Southampton Course

Shore Course

July 24 12:28 EDT Two protests with significant effects on the standings have been decided.  Decision the first to finish mono hull has been disqualified for a pre start collision.  This gives the PHRF Class A and Overall PHRF win to Lightning owned by Bob Seger.
In PHRF F the Level 35 Class Night Train has been penalized 45 minutes for a safety violation.  Their particular violation was not having the butt end of their mast secured. ORC special regulation 3.09 reads: "Mast step. The heel of a keel stepped mast shall be securely fastened to the mast step or adjoining structure."
This dropped them to 6th place and allowed Major Detail into 3rd place.

July 24 6:24 AM EDT All boats have now finished the race.  Final boat to finish the Southampton course was Youda 1 a Mega 30 at 2323.  Final Shore Course finisher was Sorority a Catalina 30 crossing at 2338.
On Mackinac Island this morning protests will be heard.  After that we hope to be able to post the final results.
